MGD+ designed the master plan for Baiting Brook Farm, Massachusetts' first agrihood development, blending modern luxury with nature. The plan thoughtfully integrated 63 homes across 46 acres of protected land, ensuring privacy and preserving the surrounding farm environment. The design cultivates a tranquil, nature-oriented lifestyle with custom residences that offer varying sizes and layouts, all within a community that seamlessly connects to the active farm, woodlands, and trails.
